The inspector used tools to demonstrate damage that is not obvious to the naked eye. Why am I still being charged?

The inspector will have identified damage on the vehicle before using the striped board and ruler. This tool is used in fairness to our customers to help better determine the extent of the damage and whether or not it is chargeable against the BVRLA.
